Radhuni, also known as Ajmod or white celery seeds, is a popular spice used primarily in Bengali cuisine. It belongs to the Apiaceae family and its botanical name is *Trachyspermum roxburgianum*. The seeds are slightly larger than ajwain and have a flavor profile that blends the sharpness of ajwain with a mild aftertaste of fennel seeds. They are commonly used in Bengali Panch Phoron (five-spice mix) and other traditional dishes.
